We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Due to the personal and spiritual nature of our products, certain items such as used malas, Rudraksha, or ritual tools may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
