Are these real crystals?
Yes — every crystal we use is 100% genuine, natural gemstone. We never use synthetic, lab-created, or dyed stones. Each piece is individually selected for quality, colour, and energy before being handcrafted into jewellery.
Where do your crystals come from?
Our crystals are ethically sourced from reputable suppliers across India, Brazil, Madagascar, and other major gemstone regions. We prioritise quality and ethical sourcing in every purchase.
Will my crystal look exactly like the photo?
Because these are natural crystals, every piece is unique. Colours, patterns, and inclusions will vary slightly from the photos — this is what makes each piece genuinely one-of-a-kind. The variation is part of the magic, not a defect.
Do crystals actually work?
Crystal healing is a complementary practice rooted in centuries of tradition across cultures worldwide. Many of our customers report feeling calmer, more focused, and more intentional when wearing their crystals. Whether you approach it spiritually or simply as a beautiful reminder of your intention, the results are personal and real to those who experience them.

📿 Bracelets & Jewellery
Will the bracelet fit me?
Our Crystal Chip Bracelets are made with stretchy elastic and fit most adult wrist sizes (approximately 6–8 inches / 15–20cm). If you have concerns about sizing, please contact us before ordering and we'll help you find the right fit.
Can I wear my crystal bracelet every day?
Yes — our bracelets are designed for daily wear. We recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or applying perfume to preserve the crystal's finish and the elastic's longevity.
Can I wear multiple crystal bracelets together?
Absolutely. Layering crystals is a wonderful practice. We recommend choosing crystals with complementary intentions — for example, Rose Quartz (love) with Green Aventurine (opportunity) or Black Tourmaline (protection) with Clear Quartz (amplification).
Is the jewellery hypoallergenic?
Our metal findings are gold-plated. If you have known sensitivities to plated metals, we recommend choosing our crystal-only chip bracelets or wire-wrapped pendants where the natural stone is the primary material. Contact us if you have specific allergy concerns.

How do I clean my crystal?
The simplest method is to leave your crystal in moonlight overnight — especially effective during a full moon. You can also cleanse with selenite (place your crystal next to a selenite wand or plate for a few hours), or smudge with sage. Avoid salt water for polished stones, and keep most crystals away from direct sunlight for extended periods as this can fade colour.
How often should I cleanse my crystal?
We recommend cleansing your crystals at least once a month, or whenever they feel energetically heavy. If you're going through a particularly stressful period, more frequent cleansing is helpful.
How do I activate or programme my crystal?
Hold your crystal in both hands, close your eyes, and set a clear intention. Speak it aloud or silently — something like "I programme this amethyst to bring me calm and clarity." Your intention is the most powerful activator. Repeat this after each cleansing.
Which crystals shouldn't get wet?
Selenite, Malachite, Pyrite, Lepidolite, and most raw/unpolished crystals should be kept away from water. Harder stones like Clear Quartz, Amethyst, and Rose Quartz can tolerate a brief rinse, but we recommend moonlight cleansing as the safest method for all crystals.

How long does delivery take?
UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days via Royal Mail Tracked. Most UK customers receive their order within 2–4 business days of placing it. International orders typically take 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs.
Is UK delivery really free?
Yes — free UK delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend. We believe your crystals should reach you without extra cost.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders are dispatched from the UK via Royal Mail International Tracked.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We pack every order with care, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What is your returns policy?
We offer 30-day hassle-free returns on all physical products. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us and we'll arrange a return and full refund. No questions asked.
Can I exchange for a different crystal?
Yes — if you'd like a different crystal variant, contact us within 30 days and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Are digital products or consultations refundable?
Numerology reports and consultation services are non-refundable once delivered or booked, as they involve Chetan's personal time and expertise. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you have any concerns, contact us before buying.
